Aberdeen Mall makes every effort to ensure that the mall is accessible for all of its patrons.
For our customers with mobility concerns Guest Services has wheelchairs, walkers and scooters that are loaned free of charge in exchange for a valid piece of photo ID.
All mall exterior entrances have a set of automatic doors and we welcome all service animals. For our customers' shopping convenience we have 3 elevators, located near the Food Court, in Centre Court and Hudson's Bay.
The motto at Guest Services is “How Can We Help?” The team is available during all operating hours (inside the lower mall entrance) for any questions or concerns our guests may have.
